What is your Delivery Area?
We locally serve Chicago and nearby suburbs.

Can you deliver to a funeral home?
Yes, we deliver to local funeral homes daily. Please give us a call, and we may be able to accommodate special requests.

Do you deliver to local hospitals?
Yes, we do! Please call us, and we can accommodate special requests.

Do you deliver to nursing homes?
Absolutely! We deliver to several local nursing homes daily. Please call us, and we can accommodate special requests.

Ordering Info

I tried placing an order, but it didn’t go through. What can I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please ensure you’re using the latest version of your browser. If the issue persists, call us, and we’ll assist you over the phone.

What if my chosen flowers aren’t available?
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to flower availability. We strive to maintain the style and color scheme of your arrangement while using flowers of equal value. For single-flower arrangements, we will do our best to match the flower type but may substitute with another color.

Who are we?
Eventos Galindo Floral Design Shop is your local florist located in the beautiful City of Chicago. We specialize in fresh farm flowers and offer same-day delivery to Chicago and surrounding areas.

General Policies

Do you send photos of the flower arrangements?
At this time, we do not send photos of arrangements. We recommend asking the recipient to send you a photo.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the prompt processing of orders, cancellations are challenging. A $15 cancellation fee applies. If the order has already been delivered, the full charge will apply.

What is your returned payment policy?
If your payment is returned, a $75 fee will be charged. We reserve the right to retain personal information until the issue is resolved.

Delivery Policy

What is your delivery policy?

• Same Day Delivery: Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST can typically be delivered the same day in Chicago.
• Specific Times: We cannot guarantee delivery at specific times.
• If No One is Home: The delivery driver will determine the best course of action if the recipient is not available.
