- Accuracy of Information: Please ensure that all details provided (e.g., delivery address, delivery date) are accurate. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided during the order process.
- Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. If certain flowers or items are unavailable due to seasonality or supply, we reserve the right to substitute similar products of equal or greater value. We will notify you of any issues with fulfilling your order.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Currency: All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed on the checkout page.

5. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery Areas: We offer local delivery to specific areas in Illinois, primarily within Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Delivery fees will be calculated based on the delivery address at checkout.
- Delivery Times: Our standard delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we will make every effort to accommodate preferences.
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders for same-day delivery must be placed by 12:00 PM CST. Same-day delivery is available only within certain areas of Illinois.
- Funeral Homes and Time-Sensitive Deliveries: We prioritize deliveries to funeral homes. If your order cannot be delivered on time, we will notify you promptly to make alternate arrangements.
- High Schools: We do not deliver to students at high schools. Any gifts intended for students should be sent to their home address.
- Photos of Arrangements: We do not provide photos of the flower arrangements. We recommend that you ask the recipient to send you a photo after delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Returns: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are only accepted if there is an issue with the quality of the product upon delivery.
- Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photo evidence to assess the issue. Refunds will be issued at our discretion, either in the form of a replacement or a refund.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Canceled orders will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee. If the order has already been delivered, it cannot be canceled, and the full charge will apply.
